Chapter 2 Source 2.2

Man from Moreno Daro This statue shows how an elite man may have looked during the time. No arms are shown but the detailing of its face for example the beards and also the way the head was drawn shows that there was importance in this person. The possible clothing around his body also shows that he was of high status. Like mentioned his clothing shows to be of high status. He seems to be sleeping meaning he could be relaxing and his head piece doesnt look like something someone from a lower class would have. Since pictures didn't exist yet this statue gives an impression of what a higher class man would look like. How he would dress in the early years. There is a lot of pieces missing to the statue but from what's there it gives people of this time an idea of what people back then looked like.
